The GSI QuickBolt™ Towers are designed to make on-site assembly more efficient.
The GSI QuickBolt feature fewer bolts, less pieces and as a result saving our Customers money. Its unique, industry leading design is available for our GSI Bucket Elevators, GSI Support Towers, and GSI Catwalk Support Towers.

2-LEGGED TOWER FOOTPRINTS | 6′-14′ IN 2′ INCREMENTS |
The new chevron-bracing design allows for easy access when working around the tower and when combined with the tube construction you get industry leading strength-to-weight ratios. This allows for the utilization of single bolt connections and significantly reduces the number of bolts required for assembly.
The QuickBolt design requires fewer bolts, resulting in less time spent assembling, while still leading the industry in strength-to-weight ratios; simple connections and alignment guides aid in the ease of field assembly.
Platforms can be built as separate units and placed between tower sections; this allows the installer to build the platform separately and then place it between the tower sections up in the air. Platform beams stack on platform support beams, further simplifying platform assembly.
The GSI QuickBolt™ Catwalks like our GSI QuickBolt Towers are designed to make on-site assembly quicker and more efficient.
The GSI QuickBolt feature fewer pieces, greater span-weight ratios, simplified connection design and multiple truss styles.

Handrail or Walk-Thru Truss options are available for our catwalk configurations. Handrail trusses are ideal for medium spans with standard models spanning up to 140 feet. , Handrail trusses have open tops make placing conveyors into already set catwalks easier. Walk-Thru Trusses are ideal for longer spans and maximum loading requirements with standard spans up to 190.
We have efficiently used steel to provide the greatest span-to-length ratios in the industry to make our catwalks.
Fewer pieces allow crews to assemble catwalks faster and minimize the complexity of sorting and keeping track of pieces at the job site.
At Wentworth Ag our GSI Chain Conveyor’s provide the gentle and efficient product movement that our customers expect.
GSI’s conveyors are hard at work on farms, grain elevators, and in processing plants across the world. Its durable construction and heavy duty design will provide years of reliable service.

All trough pieces are flanged with structural angle to provide rigidity and accurate alignment. The trough is a bolted, 3 piece construction, rather than a formed U shape, for increased strength, durability, and ease of service.
Re-lagging doors on both sides of the head allow for easy removal and installation of the slide lags without breaking the belt. Inspection doors are located in the intermediate sections next to both the head and tail. In addition, bolt on trough bottoms make liner replacement easy.
UHMW flights prevent steel-to-steel contact, extending chain life and reducing noise. Standard V-cup flight attachments are precision welded to add strength to the flight. Flights are then factory bolted to the cup for added durability.
Typically used in conjunction with our GSI Bucket Elevators, GSI Hi-Flights are used to receive grain when the boot section of the GSI Bucket Elevator is at grade.
GSI Hi-Flight conveyors are available in 15 ⁰, 30 ⁰ , 45 ⁰ or 60 ⁰ bends. GSI’s Hi-Flight conveyors are heavy-duty built, corrosion resistant, and designed to ease maintenance needs.

Bolted access allows removal of the shaft, sprocket, and bearings as a complete assembly in both the head and tail for quick replacement or service. Optional split sprockets speed service even more. In addition, bolt on trough bottoms make liner replacement easier.
UHMW flights prevent steel-to-steel contact and extend chain life while reducing noise. Center pan returns are standard in trough sections, optional rail returns available in horizontal sections only.
GSI’s VersaLoop™ round tube chain conveyor will improve your grain system and speed up your operation. The modular design of VersaLoop allows it to be used in a variety of applications that will maximize the efficiency and profitablity of your farm. The VersaLoop will change the way you move grain. With many inlet and discharge options, VersaLoop can be used in several key functions across your system, making grain movement easier than ever.
These systems utilize a Rotary Air Lock and Blower Unit to move your grain through tubes using air, minimizing damage while maximizing efficiency and convenience. With a GSI Air System, you can change and maintain bins from the ground, avoiding time consuming servicing. Here you can easily find the air system that will integrate seamlessly with your GSI Dryer or expand your system just by laying more tube.
