QuickBolt Towers

QuickBolt Towers

The GSI QuickBolt™ Towers are designed to make on-site assembly more efficient.

The GSI QuickBolt feature fewer bolts, less pieces and as a result saving our Customers money. Its unique, industry leading design is available for our GSI Bucket Elevators, GSI Support Towers, and GSI Catwalk Support Towers.

Download Our Brochure

Key Features

Capacity 7,200 – 122,00 BUSHELS
4-LEGGED TOWER FOOTPRINTS 4′-6′ X 6′-14′ AND 8′-24′ IN 2′ INCREMENTS
2-LEGGED TOWER FOOTPRINTS 6′-14′ IN 2′ INCREMENTS

Features

INDUSTRY LEADING STRENGTH-TO-WEIGHT RATIOS

The new chevron-bracing design allows for easy access when working around the tower and when combined with the tube construction you get industry leading strength-to-weight ratios. This allows for the utilization of single bolt connections and significantly reduces the number of bolts required for assembly.

INTUITIVE CONNECTION DESIGNS FOR EASE OF ASSEMBLY

The QuickBolt design requires fewer bolts, resulting in less time spent assembling, while still leading the industry in strength-to-weight ratios; simple connections and alignment guides aid in the ease of field assembly.

PLATFORMS

Platforms can be built as separate units and placed between tower sections; this allows the installer to build the platform separately and then place it between the tower sections up in the air. Platform beams stack on platform support beams, further simplifying platform assembly.

Features

MULTIPLE TRUSS STYLES

Handrail or Walk-Thru Truss options are available for our catwalk configurations. Handrail trusses are ideal for medium spans with standard models spanning up to 140 feet. , Handrail trusses have open tops make placing conveyors into already set catwalks easier. Walk-Thru Trusses are ideal for longer spans and maximum loading requirements with standard spans up to 190.

GREATEST SPAN-TO-LENGTH RATIOS

We have efficiently used steel to provide the greatest span-to-length ratios in the industry to make our catwalks.

SIMPLE INTUITIVE CONNECTIONS

Fewer pieces allow crews to assemble catwalks faster and minimize the complexity of sorting and keeping track of pieces at the job site.

Upgrading the Way You Move Grain

  • All serviceable parts are located at drive end, allowing easy access in service situations and eliminating the need to climb multiple bins in horizontal applications. Common service parts across other product lines
  • Drive end and non-drive end can be used in either an inlet or outlet configuration
  • Horizontal installation option, extending up to 325 feet long, giving you the flexibility to expand your storage system, with limited trussing required
  • Low maintenance direct drive extends the life of the conveyor

GSI’s VersaLoop™ round tube chain conveyor will improve your grain system and speed up your operation. The modular design of VersaLoop allows it to be used in a variety of applications that will maximize the efficiency and profitablity of your farm. The VersaLoop will change the way you move grain. With many inlet and discharge options, VersaLoop can be used in several key functions across your system, making grain movement easier than ever.

Improved harvest speed, moves up to 10,000 BPH

  • Move grain between bins creating a grain storage system that works for your farm
  • UHMW paddles gently move grain, reducing damage and loss, while moving grain quickly without excess noise
  • Move grain to and from your dryer to speed up harvest efficiency
  • A simple way to build off of your current chain loop system by extending from the straight line

Reaches inclines up to 60 degrees for loading taller bins
