This exterior Stiffened 4” Corrugation Bin is our most popular Bin model. Diameters up to 72’ are available in a 4” corrugation to match your existing Bins.
If you have limited space available, the 4024 can be built up to 21 rings tall (on 30′ diameter Bins and larger) so you won’t lose needed capacity with your footprint restriction. Bin sizes up to 283,000 bushels are available in this model.

The TopDry Bin is the combination of a Grain Dryer and Storage Bin all in one. With a roof drying floor, including the same high capacity fans used on our Portable Grain Dryers, you get capacities equal to our largest Stack Portable Grain Dryers.
The TopDry is available in a completely manual batch version and an automatic AutoFlow version which operates exactly the same as our out of Bin Dryers.

Introducing TopDry Terminal, bringing increased control and access to TopDry settings and historical data. TopDry Terminal is the standard control for AutoFlow and AutoBatch TopDrys, and is available as an option on Manual Batch TopDrys.
Utilizing the same top of the line, Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC used in our Zimmerman Tower Dryers, the TopDry Terminal features an easy-to-read, large color touch-screen. WatchDog remote monitoring and control is standard for the first time on TopDry with the TopDry Terminal (owner supplied internet connection required). The system uses advanced graphics and animation to give a visual representation of the TopDry’s operation, and these same animations are also used remotely via WatchDog.
The TopDry Terminal is completely automated with full control over the fill system, fan(s), heater(s) and dump chutes with monitoring and safety equipment in place. It can be controlled by straight-time, grain temperature using four electronic temperature sensors or a combination of both. With the microprocessor-based AutoFlow System, you can control two fans and heaters, two separate load augers and two aeration fans. The system will indicate the cause of any malfunction and automatically shut down.
Our TopDry Dryers are built to streamline your operation with easy maintenance and optimization. A shallow layer of grain on a peaked floor just under the roof allows TopDry to achieve airflows similar to Portable Dryers at low static, while simultaneously providing capacities not available in any other bin based dryer. Fan units are located on the ground via ductwork for easy operation and maintenance. All cooling airflow and heat is recovered and recycled into the air and heat from the main fans, increasing capacity and providing the best efficiency possible. No other dryer can dry more efficiently than TopDry.
GSI was the first to put the fan units on the ground for easy operation and maintenance, and also ensuring air and heat are completely mixed for even drying and peak efficiency. Fan units can be parallel or perpendicular to the bin to conform to available room and direct low level noise away from the operation area; the lower section automatically adjusts for height and any variation in pad height over the years.
The NCHT is a heavy- duty Hopper Bin available in Diameters up to 36’ and storage up to 54,000 bushels. These Hopper Bins are designed for either wet or dry grain, or for some specialty applications. NCHT Hopper Bins are available in 40 degree, 45 degree, and 60 degree hoppers to meet many different requirements.

Our most popular and highest capacity Bin unload system. The U-Trough Direct Gear Drive Sweep features a permanently installed integrated sweep and unload to allow for the control of the complete unload system by a single motor from outside the Bin. The 11” U-Trough with 9” Flight can provide unloading capacities from 5000-7500 BPH. No heavy sweep and motor to carry in and out of the bin, making your day-to-day safer and easier. U-Trough’s fit under a standard 12” GSI Floor.

U shape allows for higher capacity unloading under most standard aeration floors. Design also reduces the chance of grain damage as compared to round tubes.
Patent-pending drive wheel sweeps grain from the bin wall as it propels the unloader, providing aggressive sweep action, even in tough conditions.
GSI U-Troughs offer an easy to use design. The gearbox shifter engages the sweep from the outside of the bins, while standard rack and pinion gate controls are on all unloaders, making opening and closing gates easier.
One size does not fit all when it comes to unloading grain, and that’s why GSI has a full line of bin unloads. With the ability to move 5,000 – 6,000 bushels per hour, our U-Trough can be an efficient unload option for you.
