All Hopper Bins 7 rings and taller will now come standard with our 40 Series Stiffened Bin Shell, increased cycle lifespan, better support against extreme weather and wet bin applications that add increased stress to the sidewalls.

GSI roof panels feature a 3” (76.2 mm) high rib with overlapping profiles, guaranteeing a perfect alignment. The design also includes 3-bend rib profile, enhancing durability and enabling the panels to withstand even the toughest conditions.

Each GSI bin is carefully engineered to support maximum loads, offering exceptional strength. Sidewall panels are made from high-tensile steel, rated at 70,000 psi (480MPa) or higher.

Stiffeners

GSI’s stiffener designs utilize up to 2-gauge material, enhancing the strength of the bins, enabling our Bins to reach greater heights. The advanced stiffener profiles are produced using precision roll-forming equipment, ensuring top-notch quality. Additionally, the base stiffener boots are powder-coated to prevent rusting over time.
